Product Inspection Period
Excluding perishable goods, items with short shelf lives (nearing expiration at the time of return or cancellation), customized products, current newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, unsealed audiovisual products, software, game point cards, other point cards, and unsealed personal hygiene items (as per the "Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission for Distance Sales"), all other items are eligible for a 7-day inspection period (including holidays) starting from the day the product arrives at your address.
If you need to return an item, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide the following information: Name, Order Number, Contact Number, Name of the Item for Return, Reason for Return, and Photos. Our customer service team will assist you with the return or exchange process after receiving your request.

Return Guidelines
Returned products must be unused and free from defects or damages caused by non-human factors. The 7-day inspection period, as per consumer protection laws, is intended for you to evaluate the product and confirm its suitability—not for trial use. If specified by the store, please retain the complete original packaging (including the outer shipping box); otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
Returns are not accepted under the following circumstances:
- Exceeding the 7-day inspection period.
- The product has been unsealed, used, or damaged due to human actions (e.g., stains, malfunctions, damage, scratches, wear, or dirt).
- Incomplete packaging, missing invoices, or accessories.
- Intentional or excessive returns.
- Pre-ordered items are made upon payment confirmation. Please carefully consider before placing your order, as refunds or cancellations will not be accepted after the order is placed.
Return Process
Contact customer service → Confirm eligibility for return or exchange → Prepare the complete product and invoice → Provide pickup time, contact details, and address → Logistics arranged by us will handle the collection.
Refund Instructions
For credit card payments: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be processed directly to the original credit card account.
